Title       
Women in Leadership
Overview       
This course is aimed at empowering women to lead. It bridges the gap between personal and professional development. It is applicable for all professional women who aspire to develop in their careers and their lives.
Objectives       
This course is designed to motivate individuals to lead and educated on how to lead. The primary objective is that women gain clarity about their purpose and their vision, challenge their limits and equip themselves with a leadership mindset. The secondary objective is that by women understanding and leading from within they can apply their learning’s in their professional lives. So women are more engaged at work through aligning their value and their work, have a clear strategy for their career progression and stay on course. This translates into longer employment and increased work productivity also job satisfaction.

The overall expectation is that women are inspired, focused and committed to empowering and liberating themselves personally and professionally.
Topics Covered       
The LEADER model is a unique coaching model based on cutting edge methods of leadership and pioneers in neuroscience and personal development.

The leader model is designed to nurture in participants the mindset for leadership.

The model is based on 6 steps;
L-Learning about yourself
E-Eliminating Barriers
A-Aspiring to lead
D-Decision making and Goal setting
E-Execution and Action
R-Reflection and Correction

Topics include but are not limited to identifying values, communication, goal setting techniques, leadership styles, mind-set for leadership and growth, evaluation methods and assessment, qualitative questions.

The course is a very practical, interactive and engaging learning experience.

Suraya Turk
Suraya Turk, is an Australian coach/trainer and professional speaker on leadership and mindset. She has Australian university qualification in Law and Humanities including Social Studies majoring in Psychology and Human Behavior. She is also a trained coach accredited with the International Coaching Federation and has been trained by experts in the field of leadership, neuro-science and mind-set, personal development and public speaking. She combines her experience as a lawyer and a coach to motivate, educate and liberate her clients to lead.  She has worked with clients from all walks of life and in a variety of workplaces including corporate, government, not for profit organisations and the community.  Her style is interactive, engaging and very fun. Her unique model ‘6 steps to leadership’ is based on cutting edge methodologies and techniques. Suraya’s work has been immensely successful because she takes concepts from all bodies of knowledge, combines and develops the idea as they relate to work and education to empower individuals to lead.
