迪拜移民局再出新政策-严惩超期滞留者

迪拜移民局最新消息：自从2014年12月18日起，迪拜移民局对迪拜旅游签证持有者实行“0”容忍的超期处罚将更加严厉！

1. 超期在迪拜哪怕一个小时，同样会导致以下惩罚：
A: 迪拜机场罚款，每天200AED 累积无上限。
B: 直接录入迪拜出入境记录黑名单，将不再受理迪拜入境签证申请！
C：除A B 两项惩罚之外，客人再需要罚款额外支付罚款1200AED，于此同事签发旅游签证的迪拜旅游公司也会有一样的罚款即1200AED。

2. 请各入境游客，自由行旅客，持旅游签证考察的商务人士，及时调整自己的机票信息，以免卡在机场，带来不必要的麻烦！

3. 各迪拜旅游公司 入境接待公司 请严格跟踪客人在阿期间的行踪，把关。

As per the new Immigration policy, effective today December 18TH, 2014:
Dubai Immigration authorities have implemented “ZERO OVERSTAY POLICY” – thus states none of the passengers are allowed to OVERSTAY in the country even for an hour beyond the allowed and prescribed time regardless of any reasons in anycircumstances. Therefore the IMMIGRATION WILL NOT ACCEPT OR EVEN ENTERTAIN ANY EXCUSES AT ALL.
As we all aware of the old policy whereinthe passengers are allowed to pay the penalties at the airport upon leaving the country. For the time being the same policywill remain, HOWEVER there will be an additional charge on top of overstay penalty which is as follows: Dhs.1,020.00 +Dhs.120.00 + Dhs.60.00 = Dhs.1,200/- for every passenger overstayed even for an hour beyond the allowable valid stay.
In view of this, with immediate effect, if you have any passengers overstay in the country will pay the penalty of overstay at the airport and a Dhs.1,200/- will be charged automatically to your account and must be settled in 24hrs from the time you will receive the fine receipt from Superjet.
Over this period of time, the overstay passengers’ penalty will increase and there will be more other penalties to be charged on the passengers’ accounts and the sponsored company as well. Furthermore, the Immigration may stop issuing visas for the persons who have overstayed in the country in the past.
We urge to inform all your passengers to leave the country a day before the expiry of their visas so that we can welcome them again with no inconveniences.
In addition, any passenger enters UNITED ARAB EMIRATES entered before/ and in the country already, are not allowed to be in the overstayed list anymore, (NO EXCUSES CAN BE ACCEPTED IN THE IMMIGRATION). Kindly note that the passengers can only stay in the country based on the validity mentioned on their visas ONLY.
