阿联酋地区新交规：超速罚Dh3000

阿联酋各地的高级警官说，新的交通法规将于7月1日生效，这将减少道路上的死亡人数，并且在法律实施后可以看到结果。

“一些司机认为我们增加了交通罚款来收取更多的钱，但这不是事实。根据新法律，对某些违法行为的罚款减少了，这有力地证明了我们的目标是减少事故和死亡人数。”他澄清说，“这项法律的主要目的是使道路更加安全，而不是从汽车司机那里赚更多的钱。”

在旧的交通法中，时速低于20km/h的行为罚款为Dh300。

Al Zafein补充说，“一些司机不同意更严厉的惩罚，但当他们了解到规则背后的原因时，他们会意识到法律只会对他们有利，并会拯救更多生命。”
一位资深的沙迦警官也附和了这一说法，他说新的交通法将使沙迦的驾驶更加安全。

Abdul Rahman Khatr是沙迦警察部门的交通意识部门的主任，他说，这项新法律将减少这个酋长国的道路死亡和交通事故数量。
