Happy Mandarin is URGENTLY looking for well qualified, experienced Chinese language teachers with a great attitude to work with us in our team.

Happy Mandarin is one of the fastest growing Chinese language training institutes based in Um Suqueim Dubai  and are focussed on high calibre academic teaching from students between the ages of 3yrs -18 years. We aim to offer very fun, interesting, vibrant and highly academic language classes to children and to help students establish a  solid foundation of vocabulary, knowledge of Chinese and communication skills through the natural and gradual integration of language, content and cultural elements.

While choosing the right teacher to join our expanding team we mainly focus on the right attitude! We need teachers who are loving, caring and showing great understanding and responsibility while dealing with children.  A broad set of qualities which exemplify the ideal teacher for children are  sense of humor, friendliness, creativity, team spirits and a fun and inspiring personality. We do require you to be organised, independent and motivated.  We expect you to take full responsibility of students progress and guide them with extra attention incase they fall behind in class.

Apart from imparting your knowledge you must have the the zeal to sustain and instill into your students, the diverse value system of China. In addition, Chinese should be your mother tongue and you or your family should originally be from China, be able to speak Mandarin ( 普通话) fluently with the correct accent and an emphasis on the right pronunciation and be able to write standard style of handwriting (楷体) of Chinese characters properly.

Compensation

We will be happy to compensate the right candidate with attractive per class payment and transportation allowance. Our payment per class is the HIGHEST in the market.
Please note that this job is a part time job for now, but it takes time and great efforts to for each class preparations, and we aim to develop our teachers from part time into full time!

Training

You  will go through a high calibre training at Happy Mandarin before you start teaching part/full time. Our training is based on global techniques and it will empower you to use this in the future as well. On successful completion of training you will begin teaching.
