——中东中国建材批发中心王余昌总经理访谈录

    中东中国建材批发中心开业的喜气尚未退去，就有不少商家接到订单，还有一些商家正在与采购商进行生意洽谈，开业十天来情况如何呢？请大家随我走进批发中心，一起来感受全新的商业气息。

记者：王总经理您好，感谢您于百忙之中接受我的采访。

王余昌：欢迎您的到来，对外宣传一直是我们批发中心重视的工作环节，感谢媒体的宣传和推广。

记者：王总是否方便谈谈商城入驻率这个敏感的话题？

王余昌：敏感话题就是社会关注焦点，我把招商情况通过您向社会公告很有益处，批发中心现对外开发的第一期店铺分为一层和二层两个部分，一层共92个店铺，已出租89个尚余3个店铺待租，租出率达到98%以上。我们注重对外宣传和外联，从去年开始连续两年投入巨资参加中东最大的建材展Big5，与海湾和非洲各国采购商建立了广泛的联系，建立采购商档案服务商家。二层店铺的招商正在进行中，每天都有国内的厂家和在其它区域经商的商家前来考察，中国有句老话“家有梧桐树，引来金凤凰”，中东中国建材批发中心开业的势头日见红火，我们有信心打造出中东最好的建材批发中心。

记者：我从走访的几家商户那里了解到你们开业后即有改革措施出台，您能为我们介绍具体举措吗？

王余昌：集中建立高规格的建材批发中心是我们尝试着创新，之前没有模式和经验可以参考和借鉴，我们边干边学摸着石头过河，中国特色、国际接轨的两大元素是我们批发中心的生命线，我们一手端两家，商家和客户的平衡点就是我们诚挚的服务。开业之初，我们的商家金琴英、曾敏华、戴杰峰、金加扬、欧建新找到批发中心办公室，我还有刘培军以及张钦伟董事长在场，我们热情地接待了他们的来访，并请他们为批发中心的繁荣出谋划策，他们提出的建议中关于开设交通专线的要求，当场得到了张董事长的答复并得到董事会施文照、张钦贤的支持，经研究决定每日上午九点从迪拜娜萨广场小尾羊出发，九点三十分到达龙城乐佳佳超市，十点营业之前到达沙迦批发中心，晚九点批发中心关门后再由龙城、迪拜依次将客户送回。这条绿色通道将于12月4日正式开通，同时商家中餐问题也妥善解决，12月4日起商家即可足不出户，由我们把盒饭送到店铺。中国人对“衣食住行”十分讲究，解决商家具体困难，是我们变管理为服务的具体细则。这是一项得人心的工程，商家代表戴杰峰讲的好“商城和商家不是对立方而是合作者，我们之间的关系是鱼和水的关系”，确实是这样，没有商家哪有商城，我们是一家人。在这个过程中我深受感动，一是我们的董事会想商家之所想，为商家办实事于细微处见精神。我们下一步将立足批发中心，带领商家“再走出去”，第一站为海湾六国到阿曼、卡塔尔、巴林、科威特等国家参加建材产品专业展会，争取大的发展空间，即带领商家寻找商机，同时也为中东中国建材批发中心做巡回广告，增强知名度的宣传。二是为我们的商家“商城繁荣我繁荣”的胸襟所感动，我相信良好的环境和良好的商家基础“天时地利人和”，中东中国建材批发中心何愁不所向披靡。
