欧建新阿联酋经商三部曲

欧建新是福建莆田人,二十六、七岁从家乡到阿联酋,至今已经是第九个年头了。经销油画,事业有成,除了初期在周边国家约旦、摩洛哥赶展会略有小亏外,在阿联酋各酋长国的生意做的水起风生。欧先生2002年和朋友谢伟忠来到阿联酋,以阿基曼作为居住点到各地参展做生意专卖油画。2005年进驻龙城发展,定点经营,坐享其成,从此结束了到处赶展会的生活,20111118日进驻中东中国建材批发中心,开始了《商业三部曲》之现在进行时,我们有请欧建新。

欧先生:您的观察和分析很到位,我们是生意人目光盯准市场,哪里有需求,哪里就有生意。我们莆田人在广东和福建的三个油画基地,源源不断地将一幅幅精美的油画装入集装箱运输到世界各地批量售出,为国家也为我们自己赢得了财富和光荣。和父辈相比,我们赶上了好时代,新侨区的莆田人成就了油画的新传奇。阿基曼、迪拜、沙迦三点一线,形成了我《经商三部曲》。
记者:经商三部曲?愿闻其详。
欧先生:2002年我来到阿联酋,在阿基曼租房居住,主要参加各酋长国及周边国家的展会推出油画产品,生活颠沛流离很不稳定,生意有赚也有赔,这是经商之《颠沛曲》,2005年在迪拜的自由区龙城租店经营,生意稳定收入可观,那是生意之《稳步曲》,201111月我和老乡陈国珍联手,入驻沙迦中东中国建材批发中心,开始了提升之《创新曲》。
记者:欧先生真是很有新意,给人以启发和思考,希望您就“提升创新”的思路,深入地为我们展开深谈。
欧先生:以前我做油画生意,主要的目光锁定在家居市场,现在把店铺开进建材市场是一个很大的跨越和创新,我的前辈同行都非常棒,我们这个团队把油画卖到海湾各国、非洲数十个国家和地区,即使是欧洲、北美家家户户悬挂的都是我们莆田的油画。随着经济形势的变化,运营模式也随之变化,沙迦与迪拜车程不过二十分钟,依托迪拜贸易港的优势,接大型订单仍然是我们的追求和定位,油画的市场量化是我们的事业和追求。
