沙迦政府出台新房屋租赁规定已经执行一个月

‘我被告知要带劳工合同，结婚证明和家庭成员护照复印件，没有人告诉我新的政策。’住在沙迦Shaba地区的33岁普吉斯坦人说。
在沙迦租赁的租户和其家庭人员月工资不少于4000迪拉姆；低薪及单身人员需住到指定的工业区内。
需要租住到公寓楼的租户需要提供。。。

。结婚证明（夫妻2个）
。劳工雇佣合同（外交部证明）
。员工无法对函NOC(单身用户)

• Attestation of the tenancy contract [Dh50]
• Passport copies [tenant, landlord, family members]
• Marriage certificate [for couples]
• Labour contract [attested by Ministry of Labour]
• Employer NOC [for bachelors]
• Two per cent housing fee
