Job Description:
Title: Sourcing Specialist_Raw Material Control

Responsible for the raw materials delivery schedules of nominated suppliers in Camper Asia, ensure the on-time delivery of goods from suppliers to shoes manufacturers.
Monitor the delivery schedules of the orders of nominated suppliers to ensure on time delivery
Coordinate with shoes manufacturers to ensure supplier’s delivery on time delivery
Monitor materials’ testing procedures cooperating with quality department
Analyze and control the order quantity

Requirements:
-Minimum 2-3 years of merchandising experience in fashion/apparel industry or trading industry. Experience in handling with worldwide well-known fashion brands will be highly evaluated
-Excellent Chinese, English Speaking and writing skills, Spanish language ability (work proficiency) is a big plus
-Outstanding data analyzing skills with big picture thinking as well as detailed-oriented thinking
-"On-time" & "On Target" mindset extremely important
-Strong communication skills. Able to work cross-functionally, maintain great business relationships with all nominated suppliers
-Self-motivated, flexible, well-organized, open-minded, high capacity to deal with pressure, quick to adapt to changes and find solutions
-Eagerness to learn and grow, to serve and to lead with excellent team-work spirit; fun personality and creativity is highly evaluated
-Availability to travel nation-wide on a monthly basis to visit key suppliers
