详情如下：凡在迪拜自由区一次性购买一百万迪拉姆以上的房产 物业业主，即可申请两年的居留签证及其家属签证。

 1.迪拜自由区永久物业业主。
2.物业全部产权超过一百万迪拉姆。 
 3.首期付款为该物业价值的50 ％ ，余额为其它银行贷款或者银行抵押形式。
 4.房地产开发商无“不反对”信涵。
 5.签证的发放必须要迪拜总局居留和外交部的安全审批。

签证申请：
 1.申请签证没有最低年龄要求
 2.签证可授予永久业权物业的业主和他的家人（配偶和子女）
 3.签证将可更新，其周期为2年
 4.雇主和他的家人在迪拜将享受所有的授予居留签证持有人的特权

 费用：
a.业主的申请费用为2万迪拉姆，每增加一名家庭成员费用为2千迪拉姆，2500迪拉姆。
b.可退还的业主取消签证安全费为10000迪拉姆.

Freehold owners of Dubai based properties can now apply for a two year Residence Visa subject to the following:

Prerequisites:
The Freehold property should be located in Dubai
It should be completed and have a Title Deed
Its value should exceed AED 1,000,000.
If the freehold property is mortgaged to any other entity, its owner should have paid up 50% of the value of the property.
A “No Objection” letter should be obtained from the developer of the property.
Granting of the visa is subject to the security approval of The General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs in Dubai.

Visa Application:
No minimum age is required to apply for the visa
Visa can be granted to the owner of the freehold property and his family (spouse and children)
Visa will be a renewable one and its period will be 2 years
The owner and his family will enjoy all the privileges granted to the holder of a Residence Visa in Dubai
Fees:
a.        AED 20,000 for the owner’s visa and additional AED 2,000 –AED 2,500 for each member of his family.
b.        AED 10,000 as security fees to be refunded at the time of cancellation of the visa
