Do you prefer to live in an apartment or house? Which room do you like best?

Based on my current situation, I would choose an apartment over a house. One of the major selling points of an apartment is convenience, mainly its location. Whereas I may have to drive from my house to my workplace, or even to the supermarket, an apartment building usually offers more flexible options for those who want to live closer downtown.

Apartments are often times close to subway stations, places to shop, as well as banks; this makes it very easy to live my life.


I also don’t have to mow the lawn during the summer time or shovel the driveway during the winter time if I live in a condo; all of those things are taken care of. A house does have its benefits that a condo does not, such as more privacy, a parking space all for yourself, and a backyard  to enjoy with friends and family.  

But then again, a house also comes with a lot of maintenance work as well. As for which room I like best, I would say the living room because it is usually the most spacious room.There is a view of the flat-screen TV, along with the window view,and big couches to relax on.
