Job responsibility
1.Prepare Sales Contract, Letter of Credits, Commercial Invoice, Packing List and shipment documents
2.Communicating relevant information to the managers
3.Managing current customer accounts and reports.
4. Responding to customers query and complaints
5. Give after-sales support when
requested
5.Monitor shipment and payments made by client
Experience in Middle East and African Logistic is preferred
